We specialize in the design, supply, and installation of luxury home theatre systems, immersive gaming zones, family cinemas, and professional corporate cinema solutions. All services are delivered according to the scope, specifications, and timelines agreed upon in your project contract. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will require written confirmation and may incur additional costs.

Consultation & Quotations

• All initial consultations are free of charge unless otherwise stated.
• Quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Payments must be made according to the agreed milestones outlined in your contract.
• Final payment is due prior to project completion handover unless otherwise agreed.

Orders & Payment

A signed agreement and an advance payment (as specified in the quotation) are required to confirm your order. Full payment must be made before the final handover unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Installation

Installation schedules are provided in good faith and may be subject to changes due to product availability, site readiness, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are responsible for ensuring the site is prepared and permissions acquired as per our guidelines before installation begins.

Equipment Warranty and Brand Partnerships

• Equipment supplied carries the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Meridian Home Cinemas warrants installation workmanship for a period defined in your agreement.
• Our premium service includes partnerships with world-class brands, ensuring quality and reliability.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must secure any necessary permissions, consents, and insurances required for installation.
• We are not liable for delays or damages resulting from client actions or restrictions.
• Ongoing maintenance and care of installed equipment are the client’s responsibility following guidelines provided.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations after order confirmation may result in forfeiture of deposits and additional charges for any expenses already incurred. Custom-ordered items are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

• Meridian Home Cinemas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
• Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

Intellectual Property

• All design materials, plans, and proprietary content remain the intellectual property of Meridian Home Cinemas unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients receive a limited license to use the deliverables for their intended personal or corporate use.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal data collected is handled in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
• Information shared during the project is used solely to deliver services and will not be disclosed without consent.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Meridian Home Cinemas’ operating jurisdiction.
• Any disputes will initially be addressed through negotiation or mediation prior to legal proceedings.
